I had a good experience with Elev8 Wellness. The site was Easy enough to use, and my order went through without any real issues. It did take a little longer than I expected to get updates, but it wasn’t a Big deal. Overall, everything worked out fine and I’d probably use them again.

I placed an order on Elev8 Wellness, and when the package showed up, it wasn’t even what I picked. One item was completely different, and another came in the wrong size.
I went back and checked my confirmation email, and it clearly shows I ordered the right items, so I have no idea how they managed to mess it up. Now I’ve got to take time to contact them and get it sorted out, which is just a hassle.
This was my first time ordering from them, if this is how they handle orders, I don’t really feel like trying again. One bad first order kind of tells me enough.

They took care of my warranty issue really fast and made the whole process easy. No hassle at all, and it was just genuinely useful support when I needed it.

I ordered from elev8.com and the tracking did update, but it moved slowly. Like for a few days it just kept showing the same thing, and I was sitting there wondering if the package was actually moving or just stuck somewhere. Anyway, it did show up in the end, so that was a relief. I just wish the tracking details were clearer, or updated a little faster, because that part was kind of annoying. Not a horrible experience, but not amazing either

When it arrived, I thought it looked decent and shipping was fine. After using it for about a week, though, I started to notice it just didn’t feel as solid as I expected. For what I paid, I was hoping it would feel a bit better made. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again

It worked fine once it arrived, no real complaints there. Delivery did take a little longer than I expected though. One minute I was like, cool, should be here soon, then suddenly I was checking the tracking like it owed me money...

The craftsmanship is actually really solid, and you can tell they didn’t just rush through it. The details are nice and it feels well made. There was one little rough spot, which is fine, totally fine, not a big deal or anything... but I did notice it. Overall, I’d say it’s a good 4-star experience

I bought this from elev8 a while back, and it’s been really durable. I’ve dropped it few times already and it still works just fine. For the price and all, I don’t really have a complaint. Happy with the purchase

The stock was good overall. Nice. I found what I needed without much trouble, and everything seemed well organized. Solid.

It was frustrating because it felt like no one was really taking the time to help. I understand things get busy, but I’d at least expect an apology for the delay and the lack of communication.

I gave elev8.com a shot mainly because the pricing actually seemed reasonable for once. And seriously, why is it so hard to find something that doesn’t hit you with random fees after you sign up? So far, this has been a nice surprise. No weird extra costs, the value is better than I expected, and I don’t feel like I’m getting squeezed for every little thing. Happy with it overall.
